Hi! My name is Shannon. I started this company because I want to change how people see the world. To me, traveling is so much more than just taking a trip somewhere. I truly believe that travel has power. It leaves a mark on you that stays long after you unpack your bags. It inspires new ideas, sparks creativity, rekindles romance, and changes perspectives. It strengthens relationships and connects us more deeply with the world, ourselves, and each other. Every minute of it counts. Those experiences become stories, and those stories shape your life.
It's literally an investment in who you are.
It's also a huge investment financially. For many, it might be a once in a lifetime experience. I understand how hard it is to give up control and trust someone else with something so important. It's an awesome responsibility and I take very seriously. Just know that I am here to make sure you have the time of your life and that your trip will be everything you imagined it would be. From the moment we meet 'til your bags are unpacked. If it's not, I'll do everything possible to fix it. That's my promise to you.

Most vacations have one big reveal. Mystery trips have two. First, you discover the destination. Then you discover everything that makes it worth the trip.
Our Mystery Destination Policy
Every mystery destination is chosen specifically for your trip. Before I plan anything, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your budget, travel style, interests, activity level, climate preferences, accessibility needs, past travels, and the kinds of places you'd rather avoid. I use that information to narrow down destinations and choose one that fits the people taking the trip. Mystery destinations are never assigned at random.
Booking a mystery trip means being open to discovering a destination you may not have chosen yourself. While I'll carefully match your destination to the information you provide, part of the experience is trusting the process and allowing yourself to be surprised.
If, after opening your Destination Reveal Box, you feel the destination isn't the right fit, I'll replan your trip to a different destination at no additional planning fee. Because every mystery trip is planned from scratch, your new trip will be scheduled for a later departure date to allow time to create a completely new mystery experience. Any supplier change fees, non-refundable costs, or differences in travel pricing will remain the traveler's responsibility.
My goal is simple: to plan a trip that's a good fit, while keeping the surprise that makes a mystery vacation different in the first place.
